Webmaster Leine A career in Law Enforcement and Private Investigations has honed my skills in noticing the smallest detail. In evaluating websites, this comes in handy whether finding grammatical/spelling errors or noticing how well a page is written. I know what I like (and don't like) and I have an eye for graphics. I love to see site graphics that truly compliment the theme of the site.

Years as a photography buff taught me much about balance, composition and color. So I am quite comfortable in judging on the graphical appearance of a site. I am also one that likes structure. Whether it's in life or on a web page, good structure is the foundation on which everything else is built.

I like a clean easily understood navigation to the site that sets the flow. If I can't figure out where I'm going or how to get back, you'll lose my interest.

The six plus years that I have spent on the internet have brought me to many wonderful sites. I always enjoy learning something new or even seeing a new perspective on something I already know. I love to see diversity and new innovations, as web pages develop and push the boundaries.

I also believe in fairness. I guarantee you will get a fair evaluation of your site as I stand firm in my code of ethics. More than anything, I want to reward your hard efforts in the creation of your site.

This is the 4th website that I have designed and probably not my last. Over the years I have gained more knowledge when it comes to building websites, but I still marvel at all that I don't know. I have met so many wonderful web designers over the years, and each one has given to me that little something extra. Hopefully some day, I will be able to put it all to good use :)

Webmistress Graceful Catshark Art has always been a major part of my life. I grew up with pen, crayon, or anything that marked in my hand. I have a heritage of art from my Mother and her sister who is an award winning artist in Arizona. I am an artist in the mediums of charcoal, graphite and water color. More recently I have become an artist learning in the areas of web graphics. What I bring to the evaluation process is an eye for color and balance.

I also have experience in varied areas such as juvenile justice, missionary work, sign language interpreting and visual impairment. These areas come in quite handy when reviewing specific topic sites.

Although no expert in html, I am continuing to learn about all aspects of site creation. I seem to learn something new every day... and I love learning!

I am also a writer who especially loves writing poetry and feel quite confident in judging in this creative area. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to evaluate your website, and I look forward to learning more about you!

Webmistress Treasure With a background in photography and art, I've found that I have an eye for viewing and rating sites. I taught art - tole painting, country painting, pen & ink drawing and wood burning - for Randolph Technical College for several years.

My photography background has been strictly as a hobbyist, but my love for it runs deep. I started in 35m photography many years ago and very nearly drove my husband crazy buying every camera I laid my eyes on, including one for underwater photography. I've advanced to mostly digital photography and now my 35m sits lonely on the shelf. Digital photography opened up a whole new world for me.

Professionally, I'm an Executive Assistant for a large corporation to whom I can give credit for a large portion of my computer skills. This has served to further the judging skills needed in website evaluation.

I've had my own website for two years now, and also own Treasures Of The Web and Treasured Web Awards, where I'm a Finalist Evaluator. I'm also an evaluator for Shark-Cove Catshark Awards Program.
