Welcome to Leine's 10-42 Hideaway.  A retired cop's home away from home.  If this is your first visit, I can assure you that you will find many interesting pages to keep you informed and amused.   

Your journey will begin with a tour of the career I had in law enforcement.  I will start off by explaining some of the police specialties I found myself involved in, then hopefully add a smile or two with Humor Behind the Badge and then take you on a brief history tour of policing in general.  

Outside of law enforcement, my other love is smooth jazz music.  You will find in my Smooth Jazz section, I showcase some of today's hottest smooth jazz artists and also the photographers that capture them on film.  I have also included a section called Smooth Reviews.  Here you will find my own reviews of smooth jazz cd's I own and also reviews of smooth jazz concerts I have attended.
