Witnesses who have now come forward have given a description of a possible suspect in the Homicide of Carlton Possum.  Suspect believed to go by the nickname of "Leine."

9 Shell casings found at the scene of Mr. Possum's demise were the only evidence, leading to a dead end in the case.  Thanks to the recent bravery of fellow forest creatures this Human has been identified as a possible suspect.  If you have seen this human, believed to be in the Kenosha area, please DO NOT try and confront him.  He is considered to be armed and dangerous.  Contact your local Possum Committee instead.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated by all the Forest and Wildlife Community.  Let's put a close on this long continuing case.

Possum Line Do Not Cross

This original crime scene photo is all the evidence besides the shell casings which the WPPD has had until now.  Please, if you can help solve the reckless unwarranted murder of Mr. Possum contact the WPPD or your local Possum Committee.  He was more than just a chalk line.

You may call our special hotline and remain anonymous.  If your tip leads to the capture and conviction of this vicious Possum killer, you will be eligible for a 1000 acorn reward! (which may be converted to apples or other sustenance depending on the tipsters species.)
